Minutes - May 8th minutes read. Ginny motions to accept minutes as read Candy seconds Treasurer report - Need to change overall budget amount from $40,710.00 to 39,905.00. Explained to Ginny what each one was. Librarians report - Discussed with Kay Library Policies, Steve requested Kay present to the trustees 3 policies at a time to discuss, review and vote on. May 19th will be clean up day. Kay requested a regular telephone for the Libraray incase of a power outage, Steve will look into this. Kay request an open flag for the back door of library, trustees okayed this. Need another light for outside. Kay will ask Brian Fox for entryway quote. Friends report - No written report, Roxanne Cyr present and reports Plant sale will be June 2, 2007. Roxanne here to discuss monies form building funds. Friends have taken the steps to renew 501C status. Suggest use monies for repairs such as, water in the basement, roof repair, Steve will contact a couple of architects for an estimate on how much they would charge to help fix the basement, roof repair also an add on and ramp in the back of library. Discussed taking out old carpet and maybe redoing the wood floor Ginny will look into this, Roxanne suggest we send the Select men. our monthly newsletter. Bonney L. Lord reminded Roxanne that this year the library will be 95 years old. Old Business - discussed Kay making available the statements, library minutes and library reports to anyone who asked to review them. After a brief discussion this was tabled til our next monthly meeting. New Business - none. Announcements - Cleanup date May 19th. Friends meeting May 10, Friends plant sale June 10 May. every Saturday meeting at Town Hall regarding Accademy Building and land. Next trustee meeting June 14th.
