Meeting Announcement

The next Friends meeting will be Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at 7 p.m. here at the library. Please contact the library and we will be happy to pass along any messages or inquiries.

Craft, Bake, and Plant Sale

Thank you to all of those who participated in the craft, bake, and plant sale held by the “Friends” on Saturday, June 12th at the Limington Old Town Hall. Money raised through our fundraisers allow us to help support various library activities such as the children’s summer reading program and the community pass to the Maine Wildlife Park. These programs along with the beautiful landscaping all contribute to making the Davis Memorial Library the wonderful community asset that it is. Your contributions in time, money, baked goods, etc. all help to expand the services that Limington can enjoy, even in this time when our tax dollars are stretched so thin. We hope you will consider joining us and becoming a member of the Friends of the Davis Memorial Library as we continue to work to support this important part of the Limington community.
